ADAM HANCOCK

OFSC Governor

Adam’s passion for snowmobiling can be traced back to his childhood, spent cottaging all four seasons in south west Muskoka. As a teen, if he wasn’t boating on the lake, he was on a sled enjoying the great outdoors and the local snowmobile trail system. His sense of adventure started early in life.

With a wealth of experience in project management, Adam has worked in the construction field for decades. Having successfully managed many large builds, he understand the value of working together and finding shared goals as the key to getting the job done. Everyone brings a unique skill set to the table, and achieving consensus requires a commitment to listen, evaluate and support the vision.

As an active volunteer and officer of the SMART Snowmobile club, Adam is often found working with the club in fundraising initiatives, brushing trails, re-building bridges and assisting sledders on the trails.

Having travelled throughout Ontario over the years, Adam has taken advantage of the incredible OFSC trails, that are created and maintained through the hard work of dedicated volunteers across the province.

Committed to contributing to the future sustainability of organized snowmobiling in Ontario, Adam looks forward to working with others to ensure that exceptional snowmobile trails and rider experiences continue throughout the province for many years to come.
